What the heck is up with all this snow?

I don't mind it in principle, except that a) I've gotten used to it not snowing in winter and b) IT INVARIABLY GETS WARM AGAIN THE VERY NEXT DAY.

I know! It is kind of ridiculous! But it was not warm this morning. So cold here I could barely stand it--in the low 20s and windy. I do not have the clothing for that kind of weather and I walk everywhere. I have no idea how I tolerated living in Chicago for five or six years--including during the coldest month in their history.

No, it definitely wasn't warm this morning! But seeing as it's snowing again, I suppose there's always tomorrow...
