P365.2-5, Day 27 - Lazy Dinner

Alas, I did not remember to take a photo before it was sliced into. This is caramalized fennel and onion on puff pastry with gorgonzola. All you need to know about how it tasted is that there were no leftovers. (I had thoughts that there was a slice left I could have at lunch today, but I woke up this morning to find it disappeared overnight.)

It doesn't surprise me in the least that the last slice had disappeared by morning. My mouth is watering and my stomach growling at this photo and I'm not even hungry.

It will probably happen again, given how easy it was to throw together. Most labor intense part was chopping the onions and fennel the night before to throw into the slow cooker!
