I'm doing Tolkien Secret Santa (on Tumblr.)

I got my assignment. I think I know what I'm doing for it, but it would be somewhat helpful if my giftee would respond to the anonymous ask I left them - I'd like to confirm I'm on a track they're going to like before the wordcount hits 5k...

(No one panic, the one I'm working on will eventually get posted either way, I'd just like to know I have something the giftee will like when it's time to post TSS gifts.)

I hope you got a good assignment - it sounds like you did. :) I got a pretty excellent match, so I am looking forward to Real Life slowing down a tiny bit and allow me time to work on it.

I think I got a good assignment - it was broad, though, and I'd like to know if I've narrowed it down to something the recipient will actually like!

I'm not sure how to handle the posting either - I asked on the TSS tumblr if the AO3 collection would anonymize authors until the reveal, but it doesn't...
