Happy Halloween

Managed to make a jack o'lantern happen. Not one of my better efforts, but niece fiercely disputed my assessment that it was a mess, so I'll just go with it.

(Also, apparently one can't procrastinate with pumpkins as badly as with Christmas trees. They only had huge ones left, but I had neither the time, energy, or ambition to do something quite that size.)

edit: It looked much better after dark! (And using real tea lights instead of the LED ones was a good choice.)

Simple isn't bad, but this one is very much a product of 'bleh, I don't feel like it' and 'holy crap, it's Halloween today, what can I get done before sundown?' The kids liked it, though, and that's what really counts.
