Nope - check the head. It's feathered and not bright red. Which to be fair, may be a bit hard to see since I chose the shot where he was looking right at me. This one shows it better: This big and rather confused boy is a juvenile bald eagle. If I had to guess, I'd say he and his brother are new at flying - there was a lot of stretching and jumping and awkwardness. Even once he made it back up into the air, he didn't go far - just to the nearest sizable tree. (Not sure, but I think he was also nervous about the ospreys - he's almost equidistant between two nesting platforms and they're touchy.)
