We get questions about the bottle every time we go to the diner for Sunday breakfast. That is 100% Vermont maple syrup (I have to put in a good word for Jed's Maple Products - it's a family-run business concerned about sustainable forestry. Not only do they make some darn good maple products, they're lovely people.) Funnily enough, folks bringing their own syrup to the diner is turning into something of a trend...

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up, I'll be placing an order with them for maple syrup as soon as I use up the rest of the syrup I bought at Costco. I love that they've got the darker maple syrups, I much prefer the more intense flavor.
