Lots more butterflies today - in addition to the swallowtail above, there's also been a few other types of swallowtail (or possibly an admiral?) and one I'm pretty sure was a monarch.

Date: 2019-07-16 08:10 pm (UTC)Our buddleia ist just about to open the first blossoms, so there'll soon be some lovely butterflies, too, I hope. I've no idea which kind they are, tough, but hope to get a few good shots this summer, with my shiny new macro lens. ;o)

We've got lots around. Between the pollinator patch we started last year and the vitex... (The vitex is having a bumper year, and we've got two now - the one my mom started from a cutting is a good size now, plus the one that's been at the corner of the house since ever.)
