Does anyone recognize this plant?



I don't know what it is, and I'm wondering if I should be planting those seeds or not...
(Obviously it flowered at some point, but I either didn't see it in flower or don't remember what it looked like when it did.)

No idea, but the leaves are definitely interesting. A complete WAG, but if that's a fruit forming, maybe some species of nightshade?

Not certain, but it looks like some kind of mallow to me - like this one maybe? If so, it's a nice perennial with handsome pink cup-like flowers (the one in the linked picture is closed for the night or rain - this is what they're like by day). So as long as it isn't invasive in your region (or as long as you can keep it from spreading outside the garden, I'd say go for it.
