P365, Day 260 - He's Dead, Jim

Wondered while walking back to my room from the fitness center why it felt like the sole of my shoe was sticky. Checked the bottom of the shoe repeatedly, but it was clean. Got back up to the room, took it off, and found this. I realize that as these shoes are at least 5 and probably more like 10 years old, I have no valid grounds for complaint, but I hate shoe shopping.
