P365, Day 43 - Here Comes The Rain Again

Taken after dinner. Went with my parents to a diner. Midway through dinner, we realized something odd was happening - it was raining cats and dogs (with the sun shining) in the parking lot, but not out front.

The weather's been weird lately, y'all.

Gorgeous wild roses, I can imagine it smelled wonderful after the rain. The weather pattern you're experiencing sounds a lot like what we get out here. It will rain steadily for days, yet you can hit certain areas of the highway where the sun is shining and the pavement is dry. Yes, I think I do live in the Twilight Zone, at least as far as odd weather is concerned.

Not as wonderful as you might think. Unfortunately, it was the sort of rain that comes right back up almost as fast as it came down in the first place. Consequently it felt disgusting outside and didn't smell particularly nice either!
