P365 2023, Day 17 - Plotting Revenge

Meet the chocolate mint. I forgot to water it for a month. It is not dead, and in true mint form, trying to climb into the basil pots. I am more vigilant with both the water and the redirecting it to its own pot now.

As long as those two don't cross-breed... *ggg* How cool that it's still alive and making itself known there!

They won't. Chocolate mint is a straight-up herbal murderer. (It has defeated basil before. The only thing that holds its own is oregano - the two of them come to a grudging detente in which both sides would quite like to kill the other and annex their territory but can't quite manage it so glare at each other and grudgingly coexist.)
