I get a feeling that everyone would be singing a slightly different tune if Anariel and Tulkas had had the room to maneuver without worry of injuring bystanders. Not that they would have been able to track the action anyway, since the two do move so quickly, but the bout would have gone on a bit longer.

Riiiight, like Huan is going to be less wrapped around Anariel’s little finger than he was her foremother Lúthien’s! Especially if Anariel confides in him, as I have a feeling she might (after all, he’s already used his allotment for the power of speach during the quest for the Silmaril).
