P365.2-5, Day 345 - Duly Noted, Siri

This is what it looks like when you are approximately 5 vehicles back from a semi that has jacknifed and tipped over. (Siri helpfully informed me 50 minutes into the two hour wait that the road ahead was closed and the route was no longer available.)

Ugh, that stinks! I'm just glad you weren't involved in the accident, that could have been well and truly catastrophic. I had something similar happen to me on my way down to Vancouver, Washington, from Everett the Monday after Thanksgiving, except it was some poor soul who had jackknifed their SUV and travel trailer. Unfortunately, this was on one of the long, empty stretches of I-5 with no exits and no alternate routes, so I was very thankful for the music on my phone. When I got to the accident site, it didn't look like there had been any injuries, but the travel trailer was a complete write-off.
