What wendylove said. Also, Anairë can be very grateful indeed to Carnistir, otherwise I'd lay good money on Anariel showing up not wearing a stitch of clothing. My reaction to Erestor's announcement was an out loud "Ohhh, shit..." After all, Anariel doesn't need a blade to flay someone to the bone and I'm still willing to bet that the slight to Arwen will not go unmentioned as well, regardless of how much she might love taking Tyelko's favorite tunic. I can also imagine the El's were only slightly less displeased and wonder what their reactions were.
